This Policy describes how we handle the data of visitors to the employus.ai website (including the blog and the questionnaire) and of the partner portal at panel.employus.ai.

2. What data we collect

• Questionnaire (request for AI agents): name, email, company name and description, and your answers about your business tasks and processes.
• Portal (for clients): email and account details, and information about your use of the services (balance, agent tasks, token consumption).
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited and visit time — standard server logs needed to run and secure the website.

We do not collect special categories of data and we do not run hidden tracking.

3. Why we process it, and on what basis

• To respond to your request and prepare a proposal (basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract).
• To provide services to clients via the portal (basis: performance of a contract).
• To show you a preview of how AI agents would work for you, based on your questionnaire answers (basis: your request / legitimate interest).
• To operate and secure the website (basis: legitimate interest).
• To contact you about your request (basis: your request).

We do not send marketing emails without your consent.

4. Who receives the data

Data is processed on infrastructure managed by us, with the involvement of a limited number of providers in the following categories: hosting and cloud infrastructure; AI processing services (used to generate materials for your request). Providers process data only on our instructions.

We do not sell personal data and do not share it with third parties for their own purposes. Disclosure is possible only where expressly required by law.

5. International transfers

Some providers may process data outside the EEA/UK. In such cases we rely on recognised transfer mechanisms (adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses).

6. How long we keep it

• Questionnaire data: up to 24 months from the last contact, then deleted or anonymised.
• Client data: for the term of the contract plus the period required for settlement and tax purposes.
• Technical logs: up to 12 months.

7. Your rights

Under applicable law (including the EU/UK GDPR) you may: request access to your data, its correction or deletion; restrict or object to processing; receive your data in a portable format; withdraw consent (where processing is based on consent); and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. 8. Cookies

The website uses only strictly necessary cookies (for example, the portal login session). There are no third-party advertising or analytics cookies — which is why there is no cookie banner. If this changes, we will update this Policy and ask for your consent.

9. Children

The website and services are intended for businesses and are not directed at persons under 18.

10. Changes

We may update this Policy; the current version is always available on this page with its effective date. Material changes affecting clients will be notified.
