1. What this document covers
1.1. These Terms govern the use of the employus.ai website, including the blog and the questionnaire (the “Site”). By accessing the Site you agree to them.
1.2. The Site is owned and operated by EmployUs (employus.ai) (“we”, “us”). Contact: hi@employus.ai.
1.3. Important: AI-agent services are provided under a separate agreement concluded with each client. These Terms are not a services agreement and create no obligation to provide services.
2. Intellectual property
2.1. All Site content — text, design, graphics, logos, the names and likenesses of the AI agents, blog materials and code — belongs to us or is used under licence, and is protected by intellectual-property law.
2.2. You may view and quote blog materials with attribution and a link. Copying, reproducing or using Site content for commercial purposes without our written consent is prohibited.
2.3. “EmployUs” and related signs are our identifiers; using them without consent is not permitted.
3. Acceptable use
You must not: disrupt the Site or attempt unauthorised access; harvest data by automated means (scraping) without consent; upload malicious code; impersonate another person; or use the Site for unlawful purposes.
4. Questionnaire and requests
4.1. By submitting the questionnaire you confirm that the information provided is accurate and that you are entitled to share it.
4.2. Materials generated automatically from your request (for example, agent previews) are for demonstration only and do not constitute an offer; the terms of any engagement are set out in a contract.
4.3. How we handle your data is described in the Privacy Policy.
5. No warranties
5.1. The Site and its content are provided “as is”. We aim for accuracy but do not warrant that the content is complete, current or error-free.
5.2. Blog and Site materials are for information only and are not professional (legal, financial or tax) advice.
5.3. Figures and example results shown on the Site are illustrative; results for any particular business are not guaranteed.
6. Limitation of liability
6.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss, loss of profit or loss of data connected with the use of, or inability to use, the Site.
6.2. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
7. Third-party links
The Site may contain links to third-party resources. We do not control their content and are not responsible for it.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms; the current version is always available on this page with its effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept them.
